More than a good-looking website

You’re on the tools.
Your site is on the job.

Enquiries you own, not leads you share. When a call goes unanswered, your customer gets a text. You get the details, ready to pick up when the job is done.

Google profile, review requests and quote follow-ups are included in every package.

The problem

Good trades lose work in three boring ways.

Missed calls

You are on a job, driving, or in an attic. The caller does not leave a voicemail. They ring the next name on Google.

Quotes nobody chases

You priced it on Sunday night and sent it. Then the week happened. A polite nudge a few days later never went out.

Paying for shared leads

Lead directories charge by the month or by the lead, and the same enquiry often goes to several trades at once. Stop paying and the enquiries stop.

Shared leads

  • The enquiry goes to you and your competitors
  • The customer found the directory, not you
  • The profile and reviews live on their site

Enquiries you own

  • The customer rang or messaged your business
  • Your name, your number, your Google reviews
  • The domain, the profile and the contact list are yours

What's included in every tier

Six things, set up once, then looked after.

This is the Basic tier, and the base of Pro and Max. Pro adds a custom-designed site; Max, by arrangement and in development with early customers, adds job tools, test record sheets and invoicing. See the tiers.

  • 1

    A fast website

One clear page built from a proven trades layout: what you do, where you work, tap-to-call and a quote form. Built for phones first. Pro and Max replace the template with a custom design.

  • 2

    Google Business Profile

Set up, or tidied if you have one: correct categories, services, area, hours, photos and a link to the site.

  • 3

    Review requests

When you mark a job done, the customer gets a short message with your Google review link, by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Every customer is asked the same way.

  • 4

    Missed-call text-back

Miss a call and the caller gets a text from your business within moments, asking what they need. You reply when you are free. It is set up and tested on your number during onboarding; availability depends on your phone provider.

  • 5

    Enquiry form and list

Every form enquiry and text lands in one simple list: New, Quoted, Won, Lost. Open it on your phone. Nothing lives on scraps of paper. Max swaps this for a full job tracker.

  • 6

    Quote follow-up reminders

Mark something as quoted and a follow-up is sent after a few days, with a nudge to you if there is still no answer.

What's not included

  • No ads management. We do not run Google or Facebook ads.
  • No ranking promises. Nobody can honestly promise you a position on Google.
  • No lead guarantees. We make sure fewer enquiries slip away. We cannot promise how many arrive.
  • No phone support. Support is by email or WhatsApp with a reply within 48 hours.
  • No unlimited changes. Edits are capped each month on every tier, as set out below.

Rolling monthly, no long contract. Give notice by email and the next payment does not go out. If you leave, your domain, your Google profile and your contact list go with you. Prices are ex VAT where applicable. Message allowances and VAT treatment are confirmed in writing before you pay anything. No tier comes with a promise about rankings or enquiry numbers.

Basic and Pro can be ordered now. Max is by arrangement — in development with early customers. Its demo is a preview of the workspace with sample data, and the price shown is planned pricing, confirmed in writing before any order.

What Max does not do

  • No card payments. You record money you have received; Max does not take or process payments.
  • Not accounting software or a VAT return. It prepares invoices and credit notes and shows what is owed. Your books and returns stay with you or your accountant.
  • Test records are not certificates. The test record sheet is the contractor’s own record. Certificates are issued only by a Registered Electrical Contractor’s Qualified Certifier through the Safe Electric certification system.
  • Nothing is sent for you. Invoices print or save as PDF; you send them yourself.

Onboarding

Basic is live in 7 days, without a single meeting.

Everything happens by email or WhatsApp, in your own time. Your part comes to roughly half an hour, most of it on day one. The seven days start when we have your answers and photos. Pro and Max follow the same steps but take longer, because the design is made for you and the job tools are set up around how you work; you get a date in writing before you pay.

  1. Day 1

    You answer a short form

Services, areas, hours, registration numbers, logo if you have one, and a few photos of real jobs.

    You: about 20 minutes
  2. Day 2

    Google profile access

You add us as a manager on your profile, or we create one and you verify it with Google.

    You: about 5 minutes
  3. Day 3–4

    We build the site

You get a private link to look over on your phone.

    You: reply with changes
  4. Day 5

    Messages written and wired up

Missed-call text, review request and quote follow-up, in your wording. You approve each one.

    You: read and say yes
  5. Day 6

    Testing

We test every path ourselves: a missed call, a form enquiry, a quote reminder, a review request.

    You: nothing
  6. Day 7

    Go live

The site goes on your domain and you get a two-minute video showing how to use the enquiry list.

    You: watch the video

Google's own verification of a new profile runs on Google's timetable and can take longer than a week. Everything else goes live while that finishes.

Questions

Straight answers.

I get plenty of work by word of mouth. Why bother?

Then this may not be for you. It tends to suit trades who know they miss calls on site, or who want to stop relying on a directory. People who are recommended to you still look you up before they ring, and this makes sure what they find is right.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

We cannot promise that and nobody honestly can. A complete profile, recent reviews and a fast site are the things within your control, and those are what we set up.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. The text-back works by forwarding unanswered calls, which we set up with you during onboarding. Some phone providers and plans do not allow this, so availability depends on your phone provider; we set it up and test it on your number during onboarding, and check before you pay.

Who owns the website and the Google profile?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the Google profile belongs to your business and we are added as a manager. If you cancel, we hand over the site files and remove ourselves.

Is the review request allowed?

Yes, provided every customer is asked the same way and nobody is offered anything for a review. That is how we set it up. Customers can opt out of messages at any time.

What about my customers' data?

Your customers stay your customers. You are the data controller; we process their details only on your instructions under a written data processing agreement, and never contact them for our own purposes.

Which tier do I need?

Basic if you want the phone to stop losing you work and a tidy site to point people to. Pro if the look of the site matters for the jobs you want, and you have photos worth showing. Max, by arrangement while it is in development with early customers, if you also want jobs, quotes, test record sheets, invoices and job sheets in one place instead of on paper. You can move up or down a tier; a move up carries the difference in setup fee.

Are the Max test record sheets certificates?

No. They are laid out to follow the test record sheet format used by registered electrical contractors in Ireland, and they are a record for your own files. Certificates are issued only by a Registered Electrical Contractor’s Qualified Certifier through the Safe Electric certification system.

What does Max invoicing cover?

Invoices raised from a job, with the common Irish VAT treatments for electrical work as prompts (standard and reduced rates, the two-thirds check, RCT reverse charge, domestic solar and heat pumps), credit notes, deposits, payments you record yourself, and a print or PDF copy. It does not take card payments, send invoices for you, file VAT returns or connect to accounting software, and its VAT prompts are a guide, not tax advice.

What counts as an edit?

A change to the site that takes us about 15 minutes or less: new photos, a new service, changed hours, a price update. Basic includes up to 2 a month; Pro and Max include up to 5 and they go to the front of the queue. Bigger changes are quoted first.

Can I ring you?

We handle everything by email or WhatsApp, with a reply within 48 hours. Send a message when it suits you; there’s no meeting to fit around your jobs. That is the same on every tier.

How do I cancel?

Email us. There is no minimum term after setup and no exit fee.

Send one email. We'll reply with what we'd fix first.

Tell us your business name and town. We will look at your Google profile and website and write back with what we would change, whether or not you go ahead.
